First time trying some highlighters and I love them. I have sensitive skin so I hardly wear much makeup. The Glow highlighter definitely shows up on my fair skin, but the coverage is buildable. If I were looking for a more natural highlighter, I world use Beam.

I've never used any sort of facial highlighter before and this one is truly magical. It adds warm luminescence to any complexion. Just dab inside the eye corners, under the eyebrows and on top of the cheek bones. You will be glowing!

I love the both Glow and Beam- I was expecting to prefer the gold one more as warm colors tend to suit me better, but they’re both great, and fun to mix and match. Beam is nice for your inner eyelid to sort of brighten and make your eyes look bigger. I love Glow all over as a highlighter. Both are great when you want to feel like a subtle space queen.

Swipe for shimmer! Y’all. It’s been so long since I’ve put on makeup. Because of many reasons, some obvious some not. But a big one is acne. I don’t wear foundation, so it always was a struggle to feel comfortable with makeup on when my skin was at its worst (plus I didn’t want to irritate it further as my skin is quite sensitive!). It also curtailed my creativity. I’m thinking about writing a blog post about my journey with acne. Would y’all be interested? (P.S. my skin still isn’t perfect. This picture isn’t edited - as always - but the angling and the lighting helps obscure the worst scarring and texture left.).
