Our scented balms are inspired by the flowers themselves: subtle wafts of aroma carried by the wind, inviting an immersive, up-close sniff. Usually when I take a chance on fragrances or body products, I’m either severely disappointed or left wanting more. I went out on a limb and purchased the Artemis at Dawn bod powder after reading someone’s Reddit review about something else entirely…Long story short, I’m so pleased I branched out. Whether you’re using this as a deodorant or dry shampoo or whatever you like to use powder for, you will not be disappointed with the smell. It’s spicy clean. And lingers in the best way.

My husband and I regularly use FATM bod powder. We both love it and even use it in our hair, too. However, the latest refill bag is a different texture. I don’t think it’s a different recipe, but it’s more powdery which makes it difficult to pass through the small holes of our shaker tins. It still works great in the pits, in the undies, at the base of my neck and in my hair but it’s not the same as it was previously. Thankfully still the same great smell, too!

At first I was unsure if I liked this scent but it has grown on me! It’s definitely earthy but still feminine. I can’t wear perfumes so I haven’t worn a scent for years and had to get used to smelling it on myself. I am working on changing to a natural deodorant routine and this is the final step of my FATM process (following acid base and sensitive cream). I like that I can add a little extra powder before I hit the gym for more coverage and sweat absorption.

The Wolf Shepherd is a Spirit of the edge. He is the wounded healer of the Slovenian forest and field. The limping Wolf Shepherd summons the wolves to roam in the winter and dismisses them from the pastures in the spring. He maintains the tension and balance of the wild and tame. The Wolf Shepherd is ancient. He is an aspect we have forgotten when we believe Nature is a distant place outside of ourselves. We evoke him to remember the deep and ancient parts of our own hearts. Wolf Shepherd evokes...prayers sent to the Sun God, apothecary drawers, and ancestral visitations.
