Fat and the Moon specializes in small batch, handcrafted bod care products. Our goal is to make simple and effective body care potions free from unnecessary and detrimental byproducts and chemicals. No brainer, right? Body products, like food, are not meant to last forever! Each batch is made fresh to order, just for you. Feed your body like you love it!
Payment
All payments are due at checkout via Paypal or Credit Card. We so appreciate your business friends!
Shipping
Items will typically be shipped within 3-5 business days from when they are ordered. Shipping rates are based on weight. Please note that our products are handmade-to-order in small batches.
For questions regarding orders that have already shipped, please reference your tracking number. Once an order leaves our hands, it enters the domain of the courier, and the order is no longer in our care or control. If you have concerns about late or lost packages, don’t trip! Please email us—we like to be kept in the loop, but ultimately, delivery issues must be taken up and resolved with USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL or Route Package Protection.
By selecting Route at checkout, we will be able to replace lost or damaged orders! Please bear in mind that by opting out of Package Protection, your shipment will not be eligible for coverage. Should something happen to your order in transit, Fat and the Moon will not be responsible for reimbursement or order replacement.
We are not responsible for customs fees for packages outside of the US. We wish we had influence over these rates, but alas, we do not.
Orders are shipped to the address provided. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be reshipped or refunded. Orders are shipped from our making location at 416 Crown Point Circle, Grass Valley, CA 95945.

Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of the products, returns will not be accepted. If you’re unsure about a color or scent, please check out our Stockists map and see if someone close to you is slinging Fat and the Moon. This way, you can try things out in person and make sure it’s right for you.
Please read the ingredients carefully! Know your allergies! Test a small patch of skin with a product and wait 24 hr. If an allergic reaction occurs, discontinue use! Please email us with concerns at customerservice@fatandthemoon.

The question of FREE SAMPLES…
Hey folks, we are a small business making all of our potions by hand, in small batches—like, literally. While we’d love to hook y’all up, we don’t have free sample sizes available. Check out our samples product page for trial sizes that we sell, if you don't want to commit to a full size.
Custom Orders
Friends, we love suggestions but our hands are hecka full with all the potions we already make. We are unable to make custom orders, but we really appreciate your creativity!
